Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our IT PMO team at WSP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing operational governance and communication aspects of our IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Project Coordination: Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, ensuring the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring risks and issues are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Governance and Compliance: Adhere to governance as defined within the PMO process, ensuring project documentation is produced and maintained.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Produce project status management reports, interface with the wider global IT organization, and work within the company's financial processes.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A relevant program/project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE Practitioner, PMP) is preferred, along with ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, MS Project experience, and effective use of Office 365.
  • Experience: Proven working experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
