Cloud Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead strategic governance, planning, and documentation initiatives within our cloud infrastructure.

This is a hands-off role, requiring the successful candidate to focus on infrastructure governance, risk management, and strategic planning within the cloud environment.

The role will be primarily focused on Microsoft Azure, with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform knowledge being highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure management, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing governance frameworks and risk management strategies
  • Creating and maintaining infrastructure documentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices

The successful candidate will be required to work onsite in Sheffield, UK for 2 days per week.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience with Terraform and infrastructure documentation
  • ITIL Foundation certification
