About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Case Manager to join our Refugee Employability Programme at Reed in Partnership. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting refugees to integrate into life in the UK and build a sustainable future for themselves and their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participant Support: Meet with participants, identify challenges and barriers to employment, and provide guidance and support to overcome these obstacles.
  • Job Placement: Book jobseekers onto relevant training courses, including customer service, security, hospitality, personal development, IT literacy, and more.
  • Employer Engagement: Liaise with employers to identify employment opportunities for jobseekers and promote Reed in Partnership's services within the local community.
  • Outreach Work: Conduct outreach work to promote Reed in Partnership's services and engage with local communities.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to the development of the programme.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience of working in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a performance target-driven environment.
  • Education: A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma, and GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
  • Skills: Strong administration skills, good computer/technology skills, basic numeracy skills, and good written communication/record-keeping skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Achievement Orientation, Accuracy Orientation, Advice and Guidance, Challenge and Resilience, Flexibility and Adaptability, Empathy and Empowerment, Honesty and Integrity, Planning and Decision Making, Selling and Influencing, and Team Orientation.
