Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to create data roadmaps that align with their business goals and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead diverse and dynamic data projects, fostering a culture of collaboration and ensuring all voices are heard and valued.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Support the growth and development of both Arreoblue and client-facing teams, offering guidance and mentorship to nurture talent and drive high performance.
  • Technical and Commercial Stewardship: Manage the balance between technical excellence and commercial viability, ensuring projects meet both client expectations and business goals.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience and knowledge in cloud-based data platforms, including Azure, Databricks, and Fabric/Synapse Analytics.
  • Programming and Tools: Proficiency in Apache Spark, SQL, and Python, with a solid foundation in best development practices.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to diverse audiences.
