The estimated salary for this role is £21,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.



About the Role


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing individualised care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and privacy at all times.



Your Responsibilities



  • Provide physical, social, emotional, and psychological support to residents
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Encourage residents to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere


Requirements


We require a flexible and hardworking individual who is able to demonstrate a caring attitude and a desire to work as part of a dedicated team. No previous experience is necessary, as we provide full training.
