Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team in London. As a key member of the property team, you will be responsible for coordinating property transactions, including identifying titles, obtaining official copy entries, and conducting title checks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify titles and obtain official copy entries from the Land Registry
- Conduct thorough title checks and due diligence on properties
- Coordinate with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transactions

Requirements:
- Experience in Conveyancing or Property Law
- Excellent IT skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage a caseload effectively

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary (£40,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience)
