About the Role

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a highly skilled Mobilisation Lead to join our Infrastructure Operations EMEA team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing processes, procedures, and documentation that support the mobilisation team, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine processes to support the seamless transition of data centers from development to operations.
  • Develop and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across mobilisation activities.
  • Review, compile, and manage all technical documentation required for operational teams.
  • Work closely with internal departments to facilitate strong communication and collaboration during the mobilisation process.
  • Train and support the mobilisation team on established processes and procedures to ensure adherence and understanding.
  • Identify areas for improvement within current processes and procedures, implementing changes as necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Process Development, Documentation Management, Complex Development, Construction, or Delivery Project Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all processes and documentation.
  • Experience in data center operations, high-tech, or rapid growth industries is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms is an added benefit.
  • Travel required is expected to be between 10%-20% but may change over time as the business evolves.
