Tax Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Senior to join our team in Boston. As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to clients and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
About the Role:- Corporate and personal tax computations
- Work closely with the Tax Manager to ensure deadlines and budgets are being met
- Preparation of tax submissions
- VAT
- Develop specialist knowledge in niche areas of tax (CGT, IHT, R&D for example)
- Support junior staff with learning and development
- Some general accounting work
- Build good rapport with clients
- Assist with target setting and department budgeting
- Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients
- Maintain legislative knowledge
- Champion your own professional development, scoping training opportunities

- CTA or ATT or studying with previous tax experience within practice
- Ideally 4 years of practice experience
- Adept at supporting clients with tax computations
- Highly organised and able to manage own workload
- Self-motivated and reliable
- A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team
- Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
- An eagerness to progress with the firm, undertaking continuous professional development
