About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Track EL/PL Lawyer to join their Liverpool office. As a defendant EL/PL lawyer, you will handle a caseload of claims valued between £25,000 and £100,000 on a delegated and non-delegated authority basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad and interesting caseload of defendant EL/PL files
  • Handle construction claims with a focus on hybrid flexibility
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor/lawyer with previous experience handling EL/PL multi-track caseloads
  • Experience of construction claims is required
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
