Lab Analyst Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lab Analyst Professional to join our team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of lab analysts responsible for microbiological and chemical finished product testing.
- Support new initiatives and drive quality and product integrity.
- Ensure the completion of all asset care tasks and provide technical support and supervision as required.
- Perform calculations and investigations for syrup corrections and failures.
- Conduct lab and sampling tasks in a timely and effective manner.
- Set up and perform sensory sessions.
- Specialize in equipment calibration and microbiology.
- Perform plate prepping and reading.
- Understand and assist in process technical operator activities.
- Ensure effective use of quality and performance systems.
- Take the lead in problem-solving quality, micro, and syrup make-up issues.
- Understand the operation of process equipment.
- Be an area expert for water treatment.
Requirements:
- University graduate with a degree in Chemistry or a Scientific discipline.
- Understanding of laboratory processes and associated risks.
- Strong practical skills and common sense.
- Ability to work hands-on and apply learned knowledge effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
