We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Control/Technical Support Administrator to join our team in Colchester, Essex.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the development and maintenance of multiple documents and systems, including GRS/TC Certifications, Oeko-Tex, and Packaging Wastage.
- Create and produce labeling and associated User Booklets in various languages when required.
- Assess, document, and make recommendations for the quality and correction of manufactured products.
- Communicate effectively with the Far East and maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and Word skills to support the team.
- Strong IT proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive 'can do – will do' attitude and strong attention to detail.
The working hours for this role are 9.00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 9.00 AM to 4:30 PM Friday.
