As a Locum Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading and growing our Inheritance Disputes team. With a mix of remote working and office time, you'll be based within an hour's reach of Oxford or Chipping Norton. Your salary will be customized to your expectations, and you'll enjoy extensive benefits, including company profit share and a Directorship opportunity.

Your Skills:
  • Up to 6 years PQE experience in contentious probate and Inheritance disputes
  • Management and leadership experience, with a growth mindset
  • Strong time management and accountability for financial goals
  • A passion for business development and personal branding
