Job Overview

VIPU Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network and Server Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the network engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network and server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement network and server infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
  2. Perform scheduled testing to ensure security and failover mechanisms are in place.
  3. Carry out timely patching and upgrades to the network and server infrastructure.
  4. Respond to faults, alerts, escalations, and change requests on the network and server infrastructure.
  5. Participate in a 24x7 call-out rota to ensure business continuity.
  6. Experience operating a network using MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF, and BGP.
  7. Experience in working with graphing and monitoring platforms.
  8. Writing LLDs and Implementation plans for non-routine work.
  9. Prior examples of projects you have rolled out.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of network and server infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex network and server infrastructure solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
