About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Civil Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our Parking Regulation and Compliance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of traffic and reducing incidents of inconsiderate or dangerous parking.

As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations, assisting customers and members of the public, and acting as a guardian of the city. You will work independently, but also as part of a team, to ensure that our streets are safe and accessible for everyone.

About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, calm, and positive, with excellent communication and listening skills. You should be able to work shifts and be flexible, with the confidence to tackle inappropriate behaviors. You will also need to be able to work in a team, but also under your own initiative, and have the skills to deal with people from different backgrounds and ages.

A DBS basic check for a regulated activity is required for this post. If you are passionate about making a difference to the lives of those who live and work in our city, we want to hear from you.
