Job Title: Retail Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Director to join our team at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, with experience in managing multiple locations and leading teams to achieve sales targets.

This is a full-time position based in Plymouth, England, with a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily replenishment processes to ensure stock levels are maintained and sales targets are met.
2. Maximise sales performance by utilising commercial reports and making informed decisions.
3. Plan and deliver visual merchandising layouts that meet company guidelines and drive sales.
4. Identify stock package issues and take corrective action to minimise losses.
5. Effectively manage promotions and discounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
6. Monitor and analyse sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
8. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all consumer complaints are resolved promptly.
