Business Development Manager – Waste/Recycling Management

Our client is a new online startup company passionate about the waste management and recycling industry.

Their mission is to connect businesses and streamline the trade of waste materials globally.

About the role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies in your assigned territory to achieve the company's objectives and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in trading, sales, business development, or account management
  • Preferably within the waste management or recycling industry

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum DOE. 4 days in office / 1-day WFH – more flexible working from home once passed probation. All travel to be expensed.
