The Pheasant Inn, a 5-star AA rated gastro-pub, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to create and execute a high-quality breakfast menu that showcases our culinary expertise.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure prompt and efficient service during breakfast hours, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive team dynamic.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Education: Nationally recognized qualifications in culinary arts or a related field.
