Job Summary:

The Mole Resort is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Staff Member to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take customer orders and serve food and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Welcome guests, issue menus, and receive and record customer orders.
  • Prepare stations for service, including stocking condiments and changing and servicing cutlery.
  • Clear and relay tables as necessary.
  • Participate in the cleaning of the restaurant and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Understand and comply with health and safety legislation, fire precautions, and legal requirements.
  • Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • A neat and tidy appearance and adherence to uniform requirements.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Ability to work on your own or in a team.
