About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Wernick Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation of our modular buildings across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to oversee the installation of building sections and ensure compliance with our procedures.
  • Attend pre-start meetings to discuss project details and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Supervise lifting operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve set objectives.
  • Monitor progress, track milestones, and address issues or delays proactively.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
Key Attributes:
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing sub-contract labour.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to address challenges and make sound commercial/operational judgements.
  • Candidates should hold a CSCS Card at Supervisor Level/AP CPCS and SMSTS.
  • First aid training is a plus.
  • Candidates should hold an Enhanced DBS due to the nature of the role.
  • Computer literacy and good administrative skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel and stay away from time to time.
  • Stakeholder engagement and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
