Sales Associate GPR

Govia Thameslink Railway is committed to delivering excellent customer service, and we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant GPR to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, both in person and over the phone, and will be expected to handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the ticket office and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to work for a company that values its employees and customers alike. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, a strong understanding of the importance of attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
