• About the Role:
• Provide personalized support and companionship to clients in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring they maintain their dignity and respect
• Support clients with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping duties, ensuring their living environment remains safe and comfortable
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions
