Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Biotech Research Scientist to join our team at Planet Pharma. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting in-vitro experiments to support drug development, collaborating with and overseeing CROs/CDMOs on in-vivo studies, and performing literature reviews, data analysis, and writing scientific reports and manuscripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-vitro experiments to support drug development
  • Collaborate with and oversee CROs/CDMOs on in-vivo studies
  • Perform literature reviews, data analysis, and write scientific reports and manuscripts

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in molecular biology techniques: cell culture, tissue culture, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, PCR, Western blotting, internalization assays, and quantification
  • Solid background in cancer biology
  • Experience with antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)
  • Interaction with CDMO/CRO organizations
  • Strong understanding of biochemistry, including antibody engineering, antibody technologies, and HPLC
  • Drug development experience, including candidate selection and contributions to clinical development and regulatory submissions
  • Familiarity with complex mechanisms of action (MOAs)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Prior involvement in drug development projects, particularly for regulatory submissions, is highly advantageous
