Regional Sales Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager - Midlands/North. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Create demand outside of existing client base in line with our sales strategy.
- Drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence.
- Implement our sales strategy and tactics into a known client base to gain market share.
- Create demand in the UK for all of our capabilities and products.
- Build long-term relationships with major international companies.
- Retain and grow market share in the UK.
- Manage and grow our channel partners, implementing geographic strategy for each territory.
- Experience of selling into Aerospace, Defence, or Space markets.
- Knowledge of complex electronics systems, such as Hybrid technology, DCDC power supplies, is a distinct advantage.
- Electronics background in High Reliability markets.
- Knowledge of quality systems and procedures used in the electronics industry, e.g. AS9100.
- Degree in electronics or relevant experience from within the electronics industry.
- Strong international sales experience selling both products and services.
