About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our Digital Spine Platform team at Coventry Building Society. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents or problems that underpin our mobile app.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve product and infrastructure service incidents
  • Undertake technical tasks such as maintaining scripts, automated code, reviewing logs, assisting build and configuration activity, and maintaining the technical estate
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to ensure high-priority activities are completed first
  • Support change and implementation where appropriate technical competence has been reached and maintain an enterprise view
Requirements
  • Experience and understanding of containerization, particularly Terraform and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, specifically AWS
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining thorough with a good attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in a call-out rota to meet objectives and assist colleagues
