Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team at People Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional driver to work a night shift and enjoy great rates of pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and operate Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Complete cage deliveries to healthcare facilities and care homes
  • Use a tail lift correctly and safely
  • Be available to cover ad hoc work where required
  • Follow company procedures and comply with driving rules and regulations
  • Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed and vehicle is well presented at all times

Requirements:

  • Held a valid UK Category C licence for a minimum of one year
  • Hold a valid UK CPC and Digital Tacho Card
  • Have a minimum of one year experience driving Category C vehicles
  • Maximum of six penalty points for minor infringements, with no major endorsement codes
  • Work in a professional manner
  • Complete a DBS check
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Willing to learn

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience making deliveries to GP surgeries, hospitals, and care homes
