At Turner & Townsend, we're committed to delivering sustainable outcomes for our clients. As a Cost Planning Specialist, you'll support clients as an embedded resource or through ad-hoc work across the Infrastructure sector.

You'll produce accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans in a timely manner, managing the estimating process at project level. You'll also develop and promote good estimating practices within the company.

The role involves preparing estimates and cost plans for large programmes or projects, supporting change control, and demonstrating value for money through reports and benchmarking analysis. Commercial assurance and negotiation of contractors' offers are also key responsibilities.

We're looking for a qualified estimator with experience in providing estimating and/or quantity surveying services in a large project environment. You should have knowledge of estimating software packages and be able to undertake commercial assurance and negotiation of contractors' offers.

This is a full-time opportunity, with the potential to work remotely on estimating tasks for clients globally. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
