Multimedia Content Creator

The Content Producer is responsible for researching and producing high-quality multimedia content to support the work of International SOS Medical and Security Information and Analysis & Assistance professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging multimedia files, including maps, images, audio, and video, using in-house software and collaborating with colleagues across Medical & Security Assistance Services, Content Services, and other business lines.
- Work with colleagues and conduct interviews to produce podcasts and videos highlighting the work of International SOS in Information and Analysis, Assistance, and Digital Learning.
- Collaborate with Editorial, Group, and Regional Marketing teams to update internal and external websites, portals, and documents in a timely manner.
- Support the work of Security, Medical, and Editorial specialists in producing high-quality deliverables, such as reports, infographics, and podcasts.
- Contribute to driving good practice in multimedia delivery by building and updating training materials and creating a centre of excellence for podcast and video production.
- Typically three years of content creation experience in a communications, multimedia/graphic design, marketing, and/or editorial/newsgathering setting.
- Comfortable conducting audio and video interviews on geopolitical and health-related topics for internal and external publication.
- Ability to engage directly with and earn the trust of Senior Medical and Security professionals.
- Passionate about using audio and video to communicate information in an engaging way, with a strong understanding of evolving pod- and vodcast techniques and technology.
- First-class research and written communication skills.
- A proven interest and/or background in the work of International SOS and a passion for the organisation's values.
- Familiarity with publicly available source material, including government and NGO websites and social media.
- Experience in audio video production and graphic design is preferred.
- Experience using Content Management Systems and mapping software is preferred.
- University degree in any discipline is preferred.
- An excellent standard of written and spoken English is essential.
- Proficiency in any other languages is a distinct advantage.
