The Role

We are looking for a Wellbeing Accommodation Support Worker who will be a Key Person in supporting young people between the ages of 16 and 18 living in semi-independent accommodation. You will ensure the young people are safe, gain independent living skills, and feel happy and supported in their living environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor, record, and report all communication with the people we work alongside, within the guidance of our policies.
  2. Provide proactive, positive, approachable, and non-judgmental support to young people.
  3. Make safe and effective decisions under pressure.
