We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Town Planner to oversee and manage a variety of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will conduct thorough research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of urban and regional planning projects
* Conduct research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors
* Develop and implement planning strategies to meet project objectives
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements
* Degree in Town Planning or a related field
* Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK
* Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations
