Job Title: Assistant Site Manager / QCQA

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager / QCQA to join our team at Alexander Fisher. The successful candidate will assist the Site Manager with all QCQA duties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Site Manager with QCQA duties, including inspections and reporting
  • Use iAuditor system to track and manage quality control processes
  • Coordinate programming of works and resolve any issues that arise
  • Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors
  • Hold a current SMSTS / SSSTS and First Aid and CSCS certification
  • Have checkable references for previous EWI/Cladding/Render work
Requirements:
  • Good man management skills
  • QCQA experience using software such as Fieldview SnagR or Iauditor
  • Ability to assist with site management and inspections
  • Resolving issues and coordinating programming of works
  • Attending meetings with clients and subcontractors
