Induction Training
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, you will receive comprehensive induction training on our values, dignity and respect, safeguarding and equality and diversity, moving and positioning, basic life support, and pressure sores. You will also learn about learning disabilities, mental health, and capacity. Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

What We Offer
