Assembly Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our team at a prestigious manufacturing facility in Leyland. This is a temporary role with a competitive hourly rate of £16.74.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met and maintained in the workplace.
  • Carry out assembly operations in line with identified job processes and procedures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the immediate work area and basic care of equipment.
  • Care for components required in the build process.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical engineering experience is desired, but not essential.
  • Ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Good communication and team working skills.
  • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
  • Use of touch screen technology.
