We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team in Bathgate. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to residents and their families, mentoring and supporting colleagues, and recognising and acting on signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to residents, prioritising their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Mentor and support colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Recognise and report safeguarding concerns, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, using clear and respectful language.
- Role model professional behaviours, adhering to our company's values and standards.
