Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Void Refurbishment Supervisor to join their property services division. This position is based in the TN postal area and involves working on a newly won contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a large team of direct operatives and sub-contractors, ensuring the efficient completion of void refurbishment services to scattered housing properties.

Key duties include:

  • Day-to-day supervision of operatives
  • Pre- and post-inspections of works
  • Organising and allocating operative workload in association with the programme
  • Toolbox talks and health and safety monitoring
  • Using NHF SOR to price works
  • Travelling between properties
  • Liaising with clients and tenants over works
