Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Arts Therapist/Clinical Lead to join our team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. As a key member of our Therapies Leadership Team, you will contribute to the development and evolution of our services, driving strategic initiatives, leading training sessions, and providing supervision to enhance team capabilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and support a team of Integrated Therapy professionals in providing emotional and mental well-being to children through our residential homes and school. You will assess and guide therapeutic practices, ensuring compliance with professional standards, confidentiality, and safeguarding protocols. Additionally, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive real change and empower others to deliver exceptional services that make a lasting impact on the lives of the children in our care.

To be successful in this role, you will require a recognised post-graduate qualification in Art/Music/Drama Therapy, HCPC Registration, and ideally 4+ years of post-qualification experience as an Art, Music, or Drama Therapist, with experience in supervising or managing a team. You will also possess good IT skills, a full driving licence, and the ability to run supervisions and offer training and support to other therapy professionals.
