Job Opportunity for Experienced 7.5t Drivers

We are seeking skilled 7.5t drivers to join our team at Pertemps Birmingham Industrial. As a 7.5t driver, you will be responsible for delivering white goods, furniture, and flatpacks to customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Home delivery of goods using a 7.5t vehicle
  • Working in a 2-man crew with a driver's mate
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling customer queries
  • Loading and unloading goods at the RDC in Shirley
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • C1 Driving Licence
  • Valid CPC & Tacho card
  • No more than 6 endorsement points for minor offences
  • Experience driving a 7.5t vehicle
Working Hours and Pay:

We offer flexible working hours, including AM and PM shifts, with the potential to progress to higher pay rates with additional training. Our pay rates are competitive, with £13.32 per hour for AM shifts and a premium allowance for hours worked after 19:00hrs.

Time and a half will be paid for all hours completed over 41 per week. We value flexibility and are looking for candidates who can work Saturdays.
