Job Overview:

The AI Programme Lead will play a vital role in driving AI programmes from conception to completion. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of AI technologies and project management methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with AI capability and scientific leads to develop project delivery plans and act as a thought partner to the leadership team.
  • Oversee the delivery of AI projects end-to-end, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure transparency on programme process towards team members and senior leadership, communicating clearly and providing updates on performance metrics.
  • Determine programme requirements in terms of staffing, compute, and budget.
  • Prepare proposals for leadership sign-off and facilitate their implementation.

Requirements:

  • +5 years experience in Program Management
  • Proven experience in guiding cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Direct experience working in a company focused on large-scale AI research and/or product deployment is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and trends, infrastructure, data and model development, as well as knowledge of ethical and responsible AI practices.

Benefits:

  • Estimated salary range: $110,000 - $170,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
