About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team at Fawkes & Reece South. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking a leading role in commercial projects, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be involved in pre-construction activities, ensuring that projects are set up for success
  • Take ownership of key sub-contractor packages, managing them from procurement through to final account
  • Undertake Contract Value Reports (CVRs), providing management with accurate and timely information
  • Client-facing role, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
  • Hold a HNC or construction-related degree
  • Have experience managing projects as commercial lead to the value of £20mil
  • Be experienced in administering various forms of contract, including JCT and NEC
