Early Years Educator Role in London

Salary: £15 - £25 per hour, estimated based on the national average for a Level 3 Early Years Educator in Greater London.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team in an early years setting in England. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.
About the JobKey Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of children in the early years setting.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment that fosters learning and development, adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Conduct regular observations, assessments, and record-keeping to track children's progress and share information with parents and colleagues.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure a smooth operation of the setting and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures to guarantee the welfare of children.
- A valid Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification is essential.
- A current DBS check and first aid certification are required.
- Addition training in child development or early years education can be beneficial.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is an asset.
- This part-time position offers flexible hours in an early years setting.
- The temporary nature of this role may become permanent at a later date, depending on circumstances.
- You will work in accordance with the setting's established policies and procedures.
