Accommodation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team on a permanent day shift basis.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in building and performing Production Acceptance Testing (PAT) of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) according to engineering methods and processes.
• They will support quality procedures to maintain compliance by following defined processes and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
• The successful candidate will identify and drive productivity and performance improvement opportunities to support cost reductions.
• They will contribute to the development of safety, health, and environmental requirements within the work area, fostering a culture of responsibility and sustainability.

• Build and perform PAT of LRUs in accordance with engineering guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to established processes and protocols.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and promote safety, health, and environmental best practices within the work environment.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
