We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Hemodialysis Nurse to join our team at RHI DVA Renal Healthcare, Inc. As a Home Hemodialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in an independent setting. You will assess, diagnose, and implement complete care plans, track and organize your patients, and empower them to take control of their health.

Requirements:

  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of RN experience.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, peritoneal dialysis, or home hemodialysis nursing.
  • Training or teaching experience in healthcare education.
  • Previous case management experience.
