Senior Marine EIA Consultant

Ramboll is seeking a Senior Marine EIA Consultant to join our Impact Assessment team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will manage and deliver environmental inputs to our marine infrastructure and development projects, providing environmental and consenting advice across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams to provide marine environmental and consenting advice
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary environmental inputs across a range of marine projects
  • Lead and support the identification of new business opportunities and deliver associated fee proposals
  • Work collaboratively across the business to provide a multidisciplinary approach to marine and coastal projects
  • Assist with business development and work winning across marine and offshore projects

About You:

  • Appropriate degree in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in a related discipline (advantageous)
  • Strong track record in and passion for the marine and offshore sector and in developing sustainable initiatives
  • Thorough understanding of the various UK consenting routes together with marine policy and regulatory framework(s)
  • Ability to confidently engage with a range of stakeholder groups
  • Ability to collaborate and lead multidisciplinary marine projects with a range of environmental and engineering specialists
  • Good project management and organisational skills, including effective budget management
  • Good client management skills
