Job Description

The Juice Plus+ Company is a leading competitor in the health and wellness industry, leveraging a unique combination of direct sales and e-commerce to market our carefully curated line of plant-based nutritional products, in pursuit of our mission to Inspire Healthy Living Around the World.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Compliance efforts across our network of Independent Partners
  • Build strong relationships with Regional Directors, Business Development Team, Partner Support Team, and other teams within the Company
  • Spearhead all compliance initiatives, maintain and uphold the Rules of Conduct and Company Policies through coaching, monitoring potential violations, and executing corrective measures
  • Ensure Independent Partners are compliant with the company Rules, Regulations, and Local Law, and subsequently guide and advise them
  • Educate and train Independent Partners on best practices to prevent misconduct
  • Investigate Independent Partner breaches of the Rules and take disciplinary actions where necessary
  • Collaborate with authorities, including Consumer Agencies and Local Regulators
  • Respond to escalations coming from other departments regarding Compliance
  • Keep Management informed of evolving trends in the market
  • Track Compliance-related matters in the relevant system and prepare monthly reports
  • Attend events to represent Compliance and educate Independent Partners face to face
  • Provide internal training in compliance-related matters
  • Occasional Public Speaking to small and large-sized groups
  • Assist Compliance Management to develop and maintain Compliance resources, including education materials, assets, and social media pages
  • Responsible for GDPR case handling
  • Develop and maintain close collaboration with other departments
  • Regular review of local Key Documents
  • Occasional travel will be necessary to support events and training as needed
  • Any ad hoc tasks and projects where required
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English, Polish, and German
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office365 software
  • Good project and time management, administration, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility, whilst also being a team player and use initiative as required, with a strong work ethic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and empathetic ability to communicate effectively and appropriately across different stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure, negotiate, and resolve conflict
  • Good attention to details and awareness of quality
  • Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude
  • Proactive and creative towards problem solving
  • Enjoy working with others in an international team
