We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in North Ayrshire. The ideal candidate will have a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in engineering or equivalent, as well as proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

About the Role

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting preventive maintenance, and collaborating with other departments to prioritise and address maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting, testing, and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Minimising downtime and enhancing equipment reliability through preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborating with production operators and other departments to address maintenance needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer within the manufacturing industry.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £49,000 - £51,000, 25 days annual leave, and additional perks such as Medicare and discounts on high street brands.
