Job Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the production line:

  • Picking and packing products
  • Conducting quality checks
  • Keeping your work area clean and tidy
  • Storing items within the warehouse
  • Reporting any issues to your supervisor
  • Meeting production targets to company standard
  • Slicing and cutting a variety of food items

Please note that this role involves a lot of manual handling.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or other fast-paced environment. You should also be able to work on your own and as part of a team, and follow both written and verbal instructions.
