Job Title: Residential Care Team Lead
Company Overview:Linden House Children's Home provides care and support to children and young people with complex needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour.
Salary:We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated at around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Care Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of carers and providing high-quality care to our young people.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, experience of working with vulnerable children, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external agencies.
In addition, the successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
