About the Role

DP World is a leading provider of data-driven logistics solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Freight Division, you will be responsible for coordinating air and ocean freight operations, ensuring seamless execution of transportation files, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate air and ocean freight operations, including customs entry preparation and submission
  • Assist clients with export/import documentation and ensure proper execution of transportation files
  • Liaise with airlines/ocean lines to procure the best possible solutions for capacity and cost
  • Network with internal teams and external partners to guarantee the best possible service assistance
  • Execute job activities in accordance with the DP World global freight forwarding operating process
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant and recent experience in Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service
  • Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory
  • Strong execution driving skills, with the ability to drive strong execution of initiatives
  • Agile skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines
  • Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages a bonus
