Join Our Commercial Team as a Quantity Surveyor

Connect It Utility Services Limited is a leading multi-utilities connection business, providing mains and service connections across the South of England. We're expanding our Commercial team and seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial aspects of various projects, including applications, invoices, contract change control, and account management.
  • Collate, calculate, coordinate, and report on value of costs across project portfolios.
  • Assist with procurement, rate management, and subcontracting.
  • Develop and implement processes for audit and ISO compliance.
Requirements:
  • Quantity Surveying qualification (NVQ/HNC level) or equivalent.
  • Relevant commercial experience in similar contracting work activities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage data.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
