Location: Belfast

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

At ABM, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional facility services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain our contracts, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain contracts, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding client expectations.

• Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

• Foster a positive and friendly working atmosphere for all team members.

• Manage operational staff on site, ensuring they meet their individual and team needs.

• Facilitate and mentor employees in meeting their individual and team needs.

• Provide first-line HR management on site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience of delivering Hard FM services to multi-site clients and contracts greater than £5M in value.

• Experience of delivering Soft FM services, including cleaning and security.

• Management of contract cost sheets and P&L.

• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

• Willingness to undergo training and development to enhance company profile and service offering.
