About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Ascent Performance Group Ltd. As a key member of our secured litigation team, you will play a crucial role in acting on behalf of our clients in conveyancing transactions to sell repossessed residential properties.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire conveyancing process, from instruction to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution. You will work closely with clients, solicitors, and asset managers to provide exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation of memos of sales and auction packs
  • Review residential titles and provide reports on title
  • Liaise with clients and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
  • Prepare, review, and issue sales contracts and supporting documents
  • Answer client queries and provide status updates
  • Collaborate with asset managers to facilitate transactions
  • Ensure timely exchange of contracts and post-sales matters
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths
  • Experience in Scottish conveyancing process
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong attention to detail and research skills
